Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services. Terms of Use
are owned and operated by Lauren Nichols, Psychic Medium (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Services. These Terms of Use state how you may use our Services and their content. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time. By using any of our Services you are agreeing to the Terms of Use as they appear and are legally bound by them, whether or not you have read them. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use our Services.

READING POLICY:
Please note that you must be 18 years or with parental guidance to speak with Lauren Nichols.

Disclaimer: Readings are for entertainment or your personal information. No guarantees, implied warranties, or assurances of any kind are given. Lauren Nichols will not be responsible for any interpretation made or used by the recipient of the information and advice mentioned. Scheduling an appointment means you adhere to this agreement and all agreements below. Please read all policies thoroughly.

Lauren Nichols is not a licensed psychologist, therapist or doctor, and does not claim to be. If you are having ill thoughts of self-harm, please call 911 or reach out to a licensed professional. If you need a list of recommended professionals we can provide you with one. Email us to request the list.

CANCELLATION AND TARDY POLICY:
All private readings must be paid for when the appointment is made. Readings are NON-REFUNDABLE but you are allotted one reschedule with suitable notice. There are no further reschedules after the original reschedule, you will forfeit your appointment and monies.

Illness: We understand the hardships and health of others. If you are ill or have been diagnosed with Covid please inform us, we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling when you are well. Being ill may affect the quality of your reading. We will continue to adhere to the policies above.

Tardy Policy: If you are 10 minutes late then that is considered tardy. Tardy appointments are subject to one immediate reschedule for the next available appointment. If you do not wish to reschedule you are agreeing to forfeit monies paid. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time and you have not notified Lauren of a requirement to reschedule, Lauren will immediately takes clients from her emergency call list and will no longer be available during the booked time slot.

Virtual appointments: Please make sure your WIFI and video conferencing connections are working prior to our meeting. We do not recommend appointments taken in vehicles as we notice the device connectivity is unreliable. In this case, we will be forced to rescheduled to the first available appointment. Please choose an area where you will be available without distractions. Our time together is valuable.

Returning Clients: Please make sure you wait 5-6 months in between each appointment. All appointments that do not adhere to the 5-6months will be subject to reschedule without notice without the option of a refund. Readings are to be used as a support to help you connect with yourself, and not to be used to detract from your own power of connection via a reliance on an external party.

Lauren Nichols has the right to reschedule at any time due to illness or any other reasons that may affect the quality of your reading. She strives to work organically and will serve you and spirit with the utmost authenticity and integrity. We request you remain sober before and during your session so as to not impair the quality of our time together.

MINORS:
All minors MUST be in the company of an adult at ALL times. If you are bringing a minor with you to your online appointment, please request approval from Lauren Nichols at least 24hours prior to your appointment, barring childcare conflicts that arise on short-notice. To uphold the ethics of this line of service, Lauren does not provide readings to minors, defined as any person under the age of 18.
